Assalamu Alikum..... If you want to take the better result in the official team and want to get the more revenues for the beneficial career of the company then, take the suggestions for every partner of the team.
First of all, you need to understand the scope of your work, and then be looking to form a team that is relevant to that scope.
Second, depending on the project/job size, and its specific features, a team members should be individual in their abilities, but together in their effort, meaning that each task of the project should be given to specific team member, but in general they need to be united, which greatly is influenced by their personalities.
Further on, the team leader/manager/CEO, needs to know the right way of task distribution and explanation, meaning if the tasks are distributed according to team members abilities and explained thoroughly , there shouldn't be a problem.
More, there are several behavioral approaches to team members, a strict business approach or friendly approach. My experience has shown me, that a friendly approach improves team member confidence in you as a leader.
At the end, the most important think is that a team leader/manager, above all, needs to be a very good motivator.
