What is the difference between process capability and probability process?

process capabilities are the intended yield products, state of matter, physical and chemical properties as intended designed.While probability process are those reactions which occur during processing, but are not part of the yield product, it occurrence is as a direct function of reaction path which may be generated during processing ,but will not lead to yield product.
