How would you have faith in employers when all they aspire for is making more and more money?

Employers these days tend to disregard the potential of their employees, their ideas and creativity because they are greedily focused on making their pockets heavier. I feel ashamed to be wasting my potential and wits for other people instead of launching my own business (which I will do very soon). Yes, it takes a lot of courage to say these words on a hiring website. But, I do not care! Truth must be said whatever it takes! Today's working environment is lacking motivation and team spirit, where everyone wants to play solo!

You need to look at this pheonomena in a wider perspective.
 What businessmen engaged in are economic activities aimed at earning a reasonable profit through customer satisfaction.
 So is an employee.
 The employment is an economic activity for the individual for his sustenance and financial stability.
 So people aspiring to earn money more and more is here to stay forever.
  Additionally, people tend to compare their emoluments with that of people in similar employment in other organizations and major deviations are likely to demotivate.
 This is a macro environmental factor for business and efforts should be made to make your organization immune to the ill-effects.
 Measures include (a) competitive pay packages, (b) better work environment and most importantly, (c) a conducive organizational culture where everyone is well informed of roles and they feel that they are important links in the chain.
