How far Bad Appearance may affects negatively in an interview and in working environment in general? and if you accepted him, how could pay his attention to this point?

If all of the other factors are lined up and the applicant would definitely be an asset otherwise, I would speak to them openly, but diplomatically, about the importance of appearance and the expectations that the company has and upholds. I would give them ideas about what changes to make, also in a diplomatic tone. Then, I would tell them that I have a few more applicants to interview and consider, and that I will call them in a few days to make another appointment for a final interview before I make my decision. Then I would see what changes the applicant made to their "professional" attire, based on the conversation on the subject during the original interview. If there were adequate changes, then great! If not, then I have to ask myself if hiring this person would be more trouble than it's worth.
Yes agree with most of the responses. It depends on various factors of the case and can not be generalized for all.
When companies need to employ vacancy they are Searching through the criteria and conditions , Perhaps it is not possible to find someone who has all these elements, like a professional, high certificates, experiences, and handsomest, but they trying to choosing which one have a more from this elements.

That will depend on the type of business undertaken by the company. Companies which deal with customers face-to-face are generally more successful if they employ nice looking staff to deal with its customers.
