if an employee is not performing according to your expectation then it is not an appropriate to fire him without giving any chance. so what i suggest that companies have to arrange some kind of training courses for employees so at initial stage it will be helpful for employees and employers can get better output.

when lateness n absenteeism increase, missing deadlines, projects fails, clashes and disobedience starts, performance decreases, managers need to make ground and doing proper documentation of no. of warnings, suspensions, witness statements, meeting minutes, emails etc. before issuing TL

When any employee did not follow the procedure under which he/she perform given task in time range with proper manner and respect. Then definitely Manger should ask for his resignation.
