What are the best days of the week and times of day for holding tele-seminars?

Each country has its own her days in my Friday and Saturday

The interest of the participants is more important and so select a convenient time pre-fixed that is adjacent  to the Weekly holidays could prove more effective for involvement with interest.  In the Middle east region- the timing could be in between8.00 pm and12.00 pm Thursday and the same timing on Saturday where Sundays are declared as weekly holidays.  ( This is my choice....may vary profession to profession.)

Any working day and working hours would be fine.
