But the most important thing is to identify a specific deadline regular meeting

 daily before the working shifts  with all team members and

also always  weekly , monthly and for sure in time when it,s necessary.

ideally you should one to one meeting every3 months to review the performance including short term target and the opportunities which need an improvement however for business we should have DDS daily directions setting to review the day2 day operations and issues

A manager should hold meetings with his employees as often as is necessary… And that doesn't always mean the same thing for every employee. Some employees require constant communication and others perform well under limited supervision.

Adequate internals for interaction and communication face to face.  Purpose is to focus on the tasks and for the solutions and not creation of the additional problems. The frequency of meetings depend upon what is the role of the team and the span you manage.

However, agenda's must be discussed in brief and attendees concern's are equally noted. 

In our case, the frequency of meetings are categories and scheduled  based on purpose, attendees and time constraints.
