Customer service is all about expectation. A business that offers a fast response or a personal service is setting up an expectation. If that company does not fulfill its promise, its customers will be disappointed.

As an Administrator, I will follow simple procedures:

  • Quality Management.
  • Treat your customers like they are your Boss.
  • Focus on measuring customer satisfaction through help desk or feedback tickets.

Customer service is the most important part of a business, no matter how good the product is, if the customer is not happy that business will not succeed. Customers should be greeted with respect, have to be noticed often and not to be lied to.
