Customer service is all about expectation. A business that offers a fast response or a personal service is setting up an expectation. If that company does not fulfill its promise, its customers will be disappointed.
As an Administrator, I will follow simple procedures:
Total Quality is the key
Customer service is the most important part of a business, no matter how good the product is, if the customer is not happy that business will not succeed. Customers should be greeted with respect, have to be noticed often and not to be lied to. So Courtesy, Sincerity, Honesty and integrity is what needed to gain customer's trust. customer's trust is the key to success, once you have their trust you made customer for life and that can be gained by a good customer service.
