I suggest a rank leveling or promotion. An organization must set up Qualification Goal to level up and have an annual evaluation of employees' performance. If you meet the qualification at the time of evaluation, it means rank level up. I also suggest a team building activities. It will establish a good rapport and motivation among employees to eventually meets the organization's goal and target.
