To expedite the completion of a villa construction; what would be the appropriate solution to ease the Project Manager's request of completion?

Following steps could be taken.

Prepare a Critical Path Method diagram, if not already in place. Analyze it and see as to how we could resort to project crashing, if possible.
Evaluate the analysis keeping in view budget, resources availability, etc..
If budget allows and project crashing is viable, prepare the plan.
Manage the resources, implement the plan, monitor & control the activities, review the plan as may be necessary and;
Celebrate the Completion of project on completion.
