When you have exhausted the amount of your CAPEX budget, can you adjust/add funding to the original request? If yes, for how much? If no, why?

Please explain ... Thank you

CAPEX or capital expenditure is a challenge to deal with uncertainty. So, to say that we can adjust it is not accurate point. It is possible to minimize its risk if we make effective and efficient planning and take in account the reserve analysis.
The Mataathmlh spend on improving the assets or the purchase of new assets is adjusted for the expense of those costs are added to the fixed asset value Examples of such expenses are borne by the entity in order to get a new fixed assets or increase the production capacity of the old fixed assets.

Thank you about your invitation ,,, My answer is in the range of implementation of engineering projects,,, may not be where the cost of the project budget, as well as the implementation period of the contract under specific formula, except in special cases may be required to work allowed increase request within the prescribed percentage in the general conditions for the implementation of Civil Engineering Construction of that country
Can be adjusted But if you enhance the capacity through fixed assets it should be considered as a re investment decision which should be decided depending on the Net Present Value
Thank you, yes a CAPEX can be adjusted up to10% of its original value, however if this project is above this amount and more equipment is needed than a new CAPEX should be made.
If you see this prior to ordering more equipment than the CAPEX should not be adjusted and a new CAPEX should be requested regardless if you have left on the original one and it should be logged that more funding was needed.
