Yes, the safe solution to relieve stress will be moral by mentioning Allah to settle down the heart stress. 

No drugs, no tension, no expenses but simply return to Allah where the cure and relieve.

Personally my method of relieving any stress whether work related or personal to my life it's by exercising. 

I try my best to direct my stress, anger and emotions during my exercise so that it doesn't affect my well being and health. Yoga is an effective way. Many may disagree because although exercise can help it's also psychological. You have to believe in wanting to relieve yourself of that stress before taking any sort of action.

Well it depends on us, some people easily get stressed even on minor issues (we say they are emotional), and some face severe difficulties calmly but we all break-up at some point at least once in our life. 

Now to relieve stress you need to be intelligent enough to recognize the "real cause" of your stress and the find out the cure.  The process may require more time depending up ur circumstances. 

But U need an immediate relief  and peace of mind!  You need some relation (either your parents or a close friend or your spouse) with whom U can share Ur problems to help out with the stress. Your relations are the ones who could console you and make you cheer-up in difficult times.
