Supply chain executives need to be experts at managing supply chain functions such as transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and production planning.

 

Marketing professionals need several key skills when implementing a marketing strategy. The marketing professional's skills are often used toward executing various strategies related to product, price, promotion and place. Company marketers must decide what products they will sell and how to price them. Marketers must also know where to place or distribute their products and how to advertise them.
