i thank you for your answer,i believe being a consultant in the middle east is a reasonable challenge.

the services offered by a consultant are still not recognized by medium to small sized companies as needed.they still feel that in house problem solving is still key.

i have approached many companies offering my consultancy experience.most of these companies thought it is a good idea but were reluctant to pay for such services .

one ceo explained that by employing the services of a consultant we would be confirming our staff failure to handle the challenge.

i mean with these answers you feel that we still need to educate such companies to accept the value added buy a consultant.

Consultants being staff outside the organisation usually for tasks with specialty skills required for specific projects for a specific period. If otherwise, they would have been employed by the organisation as staff or as consultants even on a temporary role.

To build trust on our competence and delivering capacity in any new instance, we will have to work on a results-delivered-remuneration basis.
