Majed, It totally depends what kind of process/business an agent is serving. Target oriented processes are usually of Sales and Collections, well this is just an example...

It depends on the business. Usually, you have to be careful with setting number of calls as a target, as some agents may try to get rid of customers quickly in order to take another call.
