1- creative thinking
2- ability to make decisions and take responsibility
3- effective communication skills, whether inside or outside the company
4- the ability to plan and organize policies within the company ..and controlling the application of these policies
5- scientific study and practical for this job

I believe great HR leader is the one who is able to create win-win relationship with all the employment stakeholders.
This leader I think needs to enjoy:
1- Strong critical and analytic skills
2- Flexible and able to manage the flexibility for not converted to be abuse.

3- empower the employees and control by trust.

4- able to retain and attract talented calibers
5- lead by example and involvement
6- experienced in all HR functional (generalist)
7- his eye on the organisational objectives and is able to create policies and procedures as well as job design that align the employees to these objectives.
