Consumers goes through complex buying behavior when they are highly involved in a purchase and aware of significant differences in their expectations. The level of his involvement in his buying activities will determine his option to continue the buying or not.
He will buy the product from other store/distributor. If it's monopoly product he may postpone to buy the product or sometimes he'll not buy at all. 'CLOSING' is very important for any sale.
The consumers buying behavior plays a good role in this case. There are many customers who never cares or simply ignore the sales person as long as they get the right product and it will be only successful in the long term buying process or the consumer is used to with the product. But, even if the product it self having good features as customer expect there are some cases customers will simply ignore the product because of the not effective sales call from the sales person.
It is a necessary product he will purchase and given a feedback of not good in services. otherwise he will purchase it from any where else.
The customer would buy the product but not through the salesperson he doesn't like. The satisfaction derived from a product does not diminish with the bad attitude of the seller.
Most likely he would if he is convinced with the product.
