What are signs that showing your boss does not longer want you?

HAHAHAHAHA VERY HOT BURNING QUESTION PUJI............ MUCH ENJOYED & APPRECIATED ,,,,,  YOU HAVE TO BE SMART ENOUGH TO PICK THE RIGHT SIGNALS ............. THEY ARE ALMOST ALL THE TIME UNHAPPY  EXCEPT YOU ARE ALWAYS PROFITABLE FOR THEM .................   ANY WAY BEST SIGNALS ARE THAT WHEN THEY DO NOT TALK TO YOU & STOPS GIVING YOU ASSIGNMENTS ,,,   BEST TIME TO SEE ANOTHER JOB,,,, GOOD LUCK

When continue to maintain a Safer distance and intentional avoidance --not adequate with communication to cover up many details which is required for your job role. Added with a smile with displeasure-sarcastic in nature.

Neglect and avoidance are the top two signs that show you that boss is no longer interested in maintaining you. As stated above, the tasks are no longer assigned to you, and your left in the dark with a cold treatment.

Avoiding you, not talking  ....until you feel the freeze ! 

First of all, I have not come across such situation in my life and do not intend to face such in future too. 

If i don't want a subordinate to assist me in work, i would have already given him lot of chances before and will only take this drastic decision by inform directly to him as soon as i decide. I will not drag on the decision.  

1. Do not communicate.

2. Avoid.

3. Comments poor performance.

4. Not respect.

1. Unhappy with all the work and giving bad comments
2. No more assignments or appreciations
3. Avoid for meetings and appreciate all others.
