1- From sales point of view the factor of threat can drop the position of any product and or service in the market, where this factor can't be controlled.

 

2- From Marketing point of view the3 extensions of the4ps can affect the campaign specially the people (customer service) who will reflect the image of the company.

1Knowledge: The more you know about the business and business environment it relaxes the stress aspects.

2.Communication: Courteous approach and communication skill confidence reduces stress.

Artificial confidence is the main cause of stress to a certain extend.

There are many factors but two most importants are

First of all, If you have the required knowledge and a systematic way of working, it is not a stressful Job at all. In fact I consider it to be the easiest job. For lazy people it is definitely a very stressful job. Two main reasons to feel so could be1. laziness2. No relevant knowledge.
