first thing is to read and understand all the topics on Redhat books for this certification (3 books ) second you need to prepare a lap of virtual machines and implement every lab on the books yourself and for multiple time to make sure you understand the use of every command i advise you to take your time before going for the exam as it will be very long and you need to know how to do every part and you will not have time to look on help or something , also some small mistakes can ruin the whole exam for you .
I guess now you have to pass the RHCSA first the go for RHCE
