The Project Manager should ensure in Completing the scope statement so that all the stakeholders of the project are aware of the complete scope of work to be carried out, one needs to ,ark the deliverables milestone too to help in proper mgmt of the project

Scope verification is used for taking formal acceptance from the stakeholders this step should be completed and documented to avoid future conflicts of interest.

Risk Mgmt plan is used in setting up processes to identify project risk and ways how to handle it.

 

Scope definition is breaking down the large deliverable into smaller ones
