Aside of the fact that Saudi Arabia is a melting pot for all nationalities, I think everyone should stay clear of politics at the workplace. It definitely is a contradiction to productivity as mentioned already. Creates animosity since many are open minded and do not follow tradition as it is outdated. New generation has new ideas and are more creative, politics is not welcomed in those cases.
Politics at work is a contradiction to productivity and good values.
