PUTTING THE RESIGNATION & ASKING SOME ONE TO RESIGN REMAINED A BAD & UNPOPULAR DECISION MOST OF THE TIME IN MY CAREER ................. BUT ............... WE HAVE TO MOVE ON FROM THIS BAD SITUATION ALWAYS............. GOOD DAY

Deciding to follow a job opportunity with a75 % chance it would fix a life problem was an unpopular decision. But I had to convince that75% chance was better than0%. 

Same scene as that of Mr Zafar 

The day I decided to practically discontinue the smaller single door refrigerators in the market and move the market to a smaller two door refrigerator. That was most unpopular decision as per the management but that really worked wonders when we educated the market that a single door fridge does not have an automatic defrost system while the smallest of two door refrigerator does have it and believe it or not....in a span of2 years, sales of one door fridges dropped35% but sales of smallest to medium2 door fridges increased47% increasing not only revenue but brand image as well while the competitors were still gasping.

Avoided business stake in many successful ventures I have promoted for no reason at all.
