1.  Outsourcing payroll will free up staff time which can be utilized for more value-added services & revenue generating activities

2.  Direct cost involved in payroll processing can be reduced as there would not be any need for specific investment in software or staff hiring for this purpose.

4.  There is need to maintain confidentiality of payroll information outsourcing is better option as the data is maintained in different environment and employees will not be able to access this information.

1.I believe doing payroll by the company keeps the employees well connected rather than looking outside.

2. Once e do payroll , we know the movement of all addition and deduction for each employee more closely and accurately.
