You have left your company for a better offer, would you consider going back to the same company in the future if there is an even better offer?

First of all Just for the sake of  more salary I will not change my job. I will only change if i do not see a future for me in an organisation. In this scenario, i will not take another chance to join the same company when there are lot of opportunities for an experienced person in the market.

Why not. If they provide good conditions for work

why not!, but do not look at money only, I think respect and job satisfaction is more important than money ...

IF MY COMPANY UNDERSTAND ME AS I UNDERSTAND THEM.IF MY COMPANY LOVE ME AS I LOVE THEM.IF MY COMPANY SATISFY ME AS I SATISFY THEM.IF MY COMPANY GIVE ME THE PRIDE AS I GAVE THEM MY HONESTY.I WILL NEVER LEAVE MY COMPANY.  

Of course,  we get education, Experience, live far Away from Our Family And hard Work for a good future.

Yes,The Appropriate term use for such Employees is "Returning Employee". Such Employee's are Always welcome in Most organizations only based upon their previous track record. returning employee brings rich and extensive experience with them and it also make employee to be more stable in his career this time which positively contributes towards  organization's growth.

Thinking of the pay, yes it is always good to get a better financial level. But in a stage where the increase of pay does not change the standard of leaving it's better not go for the pay, because the value of respect and recognition surpasses wealth.
