I am sorry, this is out of my knowledge and experience.
As far as Google is concern, you must experience that interview session and do let us know their questions :) well, being in HR either in pharmaceuticals or IT firm we do ask about the candidate qualification, experience and skills which helps or reason for selection of candidate.
Questions related to the HR Officer position, questions that relate to Google, and questions that are specific to you to judge your fitness for this position at Google
