The most time consuming phase of  recruitment process is Screening where the relevant/ suitable CVs  are compared to the job analysis. 

Downloading CVs from the databases are very easy nowadays but going through each of them to screen the best ones to be forwarded for the next phase I.e Interviewing/ selection requires a lot of time and effort.

I guess if you're talking about the Traditional Recruitment process, I would suggest filtering the Cv's is the answer Collecting Cv's / Filtering Them The recruiters can find relevant CVs by: At Bayt.com - Posting the vacancy on Bayt - Searching Bayt’s database - Bayt’s referral system At other companies who has No current package with Bayt.com The recruiters can find relevant CVs by: - Using online job sites - Posting on newspapers - using Recruitment agencies per Title / Position - WOM ( word of mouth ) - Company’s site Etc….
and then,The recruiter will conduct telephonic/ physical interviews with relevant CVs based on the Recruiter point of view and the policy of the organization
