Which are main barriers - stopping us to be Entrepreneurs..!

Entrepreneurship is hard, both physically and emotionally. Doubt, anxiety, despair--along the way, every entrepreneur struggles with those feelings.
Entrepreneur is one who finds out a new Business opportunity, puts in his efforts and money to build up a new business, and it includes risk as in case of any business.
The main requirement is fresh ideas, Capital, Human resource, and management skills. If all these things match, the business can be successful.
External and internal environmental factors affecting the business are the main barriers.

Capital is not always a factor. In fact, it doesn't need to be a factor at all! As long as you have the right mindset to go forward with your ambition with no fear and the ability to take risks. Entrepreneurship needs somewhat of a person with a know how and ambition and use it to drive them forward and see formalities and obstacles as learning curves and not as points of submission. An entrepreneur is a forward thinker and someone with a fascination of being as such. It is also someone who delves and thrives into all departments and sectors of business, and this is where the responsibility comes in. People would rather work for firms and take their paycheck, go home and leave their work at work! But on the other hand, being an entrepreneur you have the24/7 responsibility of being the head of your game ahead of the game, and that is where the red line starts, some folks just don't have the skills and would rather do without the responsibilitie.
Fear of defeat/loss prevents us, till that time you are in job you can take care of monthly financial commitments. But in business proposal doesn't come with guarantee that you will able to make that much money in initial phase until unless it gets success. Most of the time we will not be able to survive in this initial phase due to our limited reserves to cover expenses.
