I read the answers and most have been very accurate in terms of describing the elements of a communication mix. However, to define a communication mix one needs to have a better understanding of the brand and what the objectives of the company are. For example, if you are a B2C you will need to include sales oriented communication channels and if you are a B2B you may want to consider sustainability communication in your mix. What is missing from the list is employee relations/communication as well as digital communication.
