360 degree feedback brings more accurate, credible and reliable performance ratings.

It gives a more complete picture of the employee's performance and helps mitigate bias or subjectivity

Inclined to be more accepted than single source feedback, as the employee doesn't perceive it as just one person's opinion. Consistent feedback received from multiple sources is harder to dismiss.
