1. Consider (VOQ) VALUES , OPTIONS AND QUESTIONS of the customer.

2. Make a client call and and povide a effective presentation with the supporting values, various options available and also inquire the questions that will best match the need of customer.

3. Try to make a best match for the customer instead of making a sale, that would ensure CUSTOMER SATISFACTION along with a sale for you.
