yes! This has been proven for years when we had recess after lunch in grammar school. Usually the classes after recess students performed better. Google decided to take that same idea and have their own playtime after few hours of work to keep their productivity going and their energy rising. In fact some companies have designed a "break" room for employees to check their messages, surf the web, finish online shopping, play ping pong, whatever releases stress and tension. This is a popular trend in the states and Inshallah Middle East will follow.
