A lie will always come out, so therefore gives a bad reputation. AGREE (Bad)  manners can be seen very broad, but also this will give someone a bad reputation at the end. so also DISAGREE on the question/answer.

you are right...Those who are working hard, they are not getting their worth, and those who just shows themslf are good at work and get high reputation.
