How can you support or satisfy the end user or customer when he was unable to to proceed? Manual - Automation?

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>When customer facing a problem during his daily task how can we resolve?</p> <p>If those scenarios are already configured and automated in our release environment then directly we can figure out the problem and fast solution also we can provide. Hence we need more automation skills to support the customers.</p>

We must confirm the configuration and Environment setup at first step. And start with partial test automation for regression testing.
