I fully support the answer of Mr. Vrindavan.
i always strive to present my Product that really value customers money and gives customers confidence that we are aware of the customer impact.
Never! It is better to remove such features and add those that the customers need.
Sometimes, we have to make the taste of the customer through giving them the awareness about the benefits of our costly features which can give them an edge on others.
We used to include some costly features in order to get an enhancement to the shop, by catering the needs of all classes of society at least for the name sake, but the costly features are not with a real intention for sales, but as a matter of decorative in nature for creating a prestige value.
With this the customer can distinguish the difference between two and the element of complaints will be comparatively less as we can easily convince the customers by comparison...the holding cost of these stocks can be compensated by the increase in sales volume of other items.
A comparison of the two make it easier for the selection to the customer more quickly. But this is not applicable in all cases of products......eg.some general items, or cosmetic, health care, torys, fancy items cloths and ready made and so......
