If you were a school proncipal hiring a teacher, would you go for the one with experience without certificates or the one with many certificates?

Both is equally important but if i am the principal and i had to choose, i would choose without the certificate, with condition that the candidate is passionate about teaching and children. As well as open to learning new skills to improve on his/her mentoring & teaching skills.As a management i would also propose for the candidate to attend special in- house on the job training before putting her teaching skill to test.
