As Mentioned in B, I have offered some discount to my customers and paid form my pocket . But now I will not repeat my mistake . I will not accept the deal.
If i can afford to bear the discounted amount, i will never loose my customer as well as the deal. Definitely go for option B. Offer him the discount taking the responsibility and risking to face manager's rejection
Don't lose the deal and the customer.
Some discount is a customer satisfaction.
Seize the moment and say yes.

First of all its not customer’s rights secondary discount always fixed & balanced for each & every customer so without any partiality …..I refuse …Option A.

(Here I feel the risk is very minor when compared to other conditions-If you are confident that even after allowing the required discount there is a comfortable margin, you can mostly expect a good response from the manager, as in most of the cases are likely to happen. The previous such instances will be a guideline in this respect to opt for other propositions)
D. Something else
Because 'I will not be sure if the prices at offer are already discounted', thus i would perceive him to close the deal & would guarantee him that at the time of making payment we will give discount. (Though not promising the % of discount)
Thus, it will enable me to 'Buy time' till my superior arrives & will not be making an error of losing the company 'Minimum Margin' & thus once he arrives & ascertaining the margin will give some discount or freebie's or FOC (Free Of Cost) of similar products. :-)
I've been in such a situation so often. The best trick that I could figure, which worked almost all the time is:
I send an SMS to my manager saying: "Tried to call you. I need your approval for x% additional discount. If I don't receive your opinion before XXX (a time that is3 minutes later), please forgive me if I go for it in order to win this GREAT deal".
When he see it he will not feel ignored, and I make him responsible because of not answering my call.
