There are two essential ways to progress the pronunciation capacity for all English Language Students:
1. By listening to and watching more English stories, movies, programmes, etc.
2. By chatting with some English native speakers whenever they can so that they may develop their phonetics.

Language is all about practice, as a teacher, first I will focus on motivating them to keep practicing even if they make a lot of mistakes, to look at their mistakes as a challenge to keep trying! I think that works not only in pronunciation but in the teaching field in general. Pronunciation can be improved with a lot of practice especially in listening and reading skills I would use a lot of listening and reading activities for them.
First, let’s be clear about what pronunciation means. It’s the way that you say a word. You make sounds with your voice that English speakers recognize as a word or sentence.
Good pronunciation is essential for speaking and understanding spoken English. Spoken English is the right words (vocabulary), in the right order (grammar) with the right sounds (pronunciation).
listen to native speakers as much as they can then try to pronounce the same as they do
Phonetics - there are numerous books with vast array of tasks for students to improve their accent. The easiest thing to do is using Tongue Twisters
