in order to develop your communication skills you must need to enunciate your words, pronounce the words correctly, use the right words and slow your peech down when you do any communication roles.ex. listen to your when you speak publicly or even to your friends or even chatting. Listen to your employees and try to deal with them by talking with a heartfelt way.
