To me l think he shouldn't be punished or suspended immediately. He or she should be sent to the school disciplinary council and issued a verbal warning and for him to sign an undertaken that if it happens again he or she should be punished instantly

lat me answer your question miss i don't thing student caught cheating should be suspended the watch over teacher the just have aright to take the paper that you been caught cheating with let you continue if you can memorize you wont be able to answer there no need for suspending that lay low
