Use of word, body language, physical contact, graffiti and (or) signs (without the consent of other party) that may intimidate, lure or harass the opposite sex is sexual harassment.
This may occur directly or indirectly. Taking about someone loudly so that it can be heard by the person of interest is an indirect act of sexual harassment.
