True.

Customer service often begins with employee service. When people feel valued by their employers, they tend to treat customers accordingly. Let your employees know how their work contributes to the good of the organization, why their work is important, and how they bring unique value to their responsibilities. Set the example of customer service in how you treat them, and explain that you want them to treat your customers as respectfully and responsively as you treat them.

Very true .. A culture of care is the recipe for success...Care for both employees and customers.  And yes, it is all about customer service.  A super service will make a company succeed wherever the company is.  The important thing is to know the market needs and what customers are looking for to be satisfied and excel in offering it.

I believe that the most challenging part is not just serving the customer but to know how to serve him/her. For example, sometimes I go to the hair dresser and do not know the best hair style that suit me, so when I ask the hair dresser to help me in this matter he would just say " I will do whatever you like" So I think customer service is not just providing customers with what they want but goes beyond that and this called " added value" in customer service management.

Respect, patience, care and devotion are key to customer service. Whether a customer is bully, it should be handled with care and patience. Patience is the main key to customer service.
