Good question my friend. But that statement is true not just for the gulf countries. Its hard for a person who has, lets say, one year of work experience, to find an employment again. Because, employers usually target someone with no experience (internships) or professionals with at least3-5 years of experience. For someone in between (1-2 yrs) it is really hard to get employed. It makes me wonder why.
