Coordination require handling of the situation by a few with talent,communication and leadership skills, a war room may have the possibility of split of opinions and group formation--that is against the principle of coordination unless there is an exceptional team spirit among the project team.

If the isolated problem asks for more meetings, do so, but very directed!
