<p><strong><em>A) Coaching</em></strong></p> <p><strong><em>B) Directing</em></strong></p> <p><strong><em>C) Supporting</em></strong> </p> <p><strong><em>D) Facilitating</em></strong></p>
MY CHOICE WILL BE TO FACILITATE THEM FOR THE OBJECTIVES ............ GOOD DAY
It's No. B. Usually when you plan for a project, new employees need to be directed to what they are going to do until they can understand the mission
It really depends on the Leadership Style. In this particular case, I would vote for Option B (Directive) since, it is about first2 weeks, later I would coach, support and facilitate
It depends on the team members, but one way or the other you need to be directive, that's your position. But as soon as possible change it into a coaching, supporting and facilitating way.
Directions and Guidelines.
Option B
Since it is in beginning stage even the employees will be expecting 'directions' from the leaders. Rest all later.
I agree with zafar abbas minhas
Answer could be A or B
As a leader, your role changes during the whole project which you can divide in5 phases:
1. Directing
2. Coaching
3. Supporting and Facilitating
4. Evaluating
5. Directing
