The organisation's first customers are it's employees. If you take good care of the employees they will take good care of customers in all areas of customer management be it answering calls, handling of queries, and during the moment of truth when customers visit our organisation. This ensures the organisation will achieve its goals and objectives

Answer the customers calls and reply their emails in due time after well understanding the complain,comment or inquiry is the most important thing to satisfy the customers.

If the case is not my concern, simply forward their questions it to the concern person.

The company goal is the main target for the company, each department should works according to the main goal of the company.

Of course giving your customers a satisfaction to there needs is what the best ingredients of achieving the goals of once company. Making sure that the customers satisfies about your product will give your company a best shot! It will only prove that they will recommend it to more people because of that satisfaction they got. Also always try to deal wih your customer with a smile, happy service will always comes back with a good earnings...
