A less successful lesson is when I have handled my latest position as Exec. Assistant; the position is too "small" for me, tasks are way below my assets, and the CEO is never satisfied.
Instead, I would have invested in this new employee potentials, introduced him to the market and the steel industry deeper, and placed him as the sales manager / director since I do not have any sales personnel what-so-ever!!!
