Why do you like AutoCad and do you know any other Cad programs?

For designing and drafting I only use Autocad .. I'm not an architect so I'm not very interested in Drawing software .. I care most about Structural software, such as Etabs and SAP .. and the good point in Autocad that it supports them well ..

I love AutuCAD because AutoCAD has supported custom objects through its C++ API. Modern AutoCAD includes a full set of basic solid modeling and3D tools, but lacks some of the more advanced capabilities of solid modeling applications.And if youre good at it you could make money, but it will take some time until youre that good

Autocad is the best tool to convey our ideas quickly and efficiently.

AutoCAD is a mandatory tool for any Technical person.

Its very easy to use and draw things faster. But limited to2D.3D in AutoCAD is not powerful. Also its formats are universal. It got a very good inbuilt library. Non technical person too shall learn and use it with easiness.

I know SolidWorks, Inventor, SolidEdge well. Used CATIA too lightly.

AutoCAD is user friendly and providing best tools to making the Design drawings and support many other software. the second thing is most of the employers, companies and industries using AutoCAD so i thing drafter or designer has no choice to go to other option.

i like Catia. There is Autocad, solidworks which are user friendly. Even ProE is a good software to use

What i like about AUTOCAD is1: I am used to it, so I can work experienced so quick with it. So honestly I don't know any other CAD programs other then AutoCAD and REVIT (AutoCAD)

I like AutoCAD for material calculation purposes.

I know CATIA (Advanced), Solid works( intermediate ), Creo ( Basic )
