Social networking and interactive sites are a contemporary communication strategy and tool used by both individuals and organizations to communicate and interact .When used properly, it will definitely boost production , income and well being both of the company and the individuals. Due to technological innovations and advancements, information is available on the internet at the press of a button and can be used productively for the benefit of the organization.

Regulation needs to be put in place to ensure that there is no abuse of the opportunity  to interact and network through social media for the benefit of the organization.
