Lack of trained teachers to deal with students who have learning disabilities or any other disability that holds them back from being on track with all the other students. Lack of facilities to accommodate these disabled students. Lack of resources that can help these students such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and most of all behavioral therapists. (this is in my opinion based on my visits to Middle Eastern countries)
Irrelevant curriculum needs to upgrade based on the needs and mind set of present generation.
